
The need
In this industrial group present in several European countries as well as in Asia and Latin America, the quality management wanted to optimize the processing of non-conformities and their action plans. Even if the process was under control, it was time consuming and did not offer relevant indicators for analysis and improvement as everything was managed via excel files and email reminders.
The team in charge of non-conformities was losing precious time to follow the process, to follow up the concerned actors and to collect and build indicators and dashboards before each management review.
Thanks to the software Quality Managersoftware, the recording, analysis and follow-up of non-conformities have been completely optimized. An electronic form allows all the departments concerned to enter all the relevant information quickly and in a uniform format.
The non-conformity sheets are then automatically routed to the quality department thanks to the workflow system integrated in the tool. After analysis, the quality department can, if necessary, create one or more corrective and preventive actions and assign them to the people and departments concerned. The latter are then automatically notified to initiate the actions and fill in the forms at each stage of progress of an action plan.
Progress monitoring views sorted by site, date, file, actor... allow you to follow the treatment of non-conformities at any time and to know by whom? when? and how? each file is treated.

- Choose a rich and open solution that supports a wide variety of processes and business rules and can easily interface with your existing IT systems: ERP, CRM and DBMS.
- Do not forget the user interface and the ergonomics of the application. Your users should be able to use it after a one-hour training, or even a simple online training.
