Video: Digitizing restaurant complaint process - KFC
In 2018, KFC's Quality teams were looking for a complaints management tool for all restaurants in the Europe. The solution also needed to allow the use of the tool by field teams, on mobile or tablet.
KFC chose to collaborate with Avanteam to imagine an application entirely personalized and adapted to this need. Since then, the KFC Click & Complain application continues its implementation in all the restaurants of the chain in Western Europe.
