Retention of your personal information

Customer data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship. It may be retained for marketing purposes for up to 3 years after the end of the business relationship, unless you request its deletion. Subject to the exceptions noted below, Avanteam will delete your information or make it anonymous upon request.

If you have been a customer, Avanteam keeps your billing information for a period of 10 years from the closing or deletion of your account in order to comply with our accounting, social and fiscal obligations.

In some of the services offered by Avanteam, customer contact is an essential part of the service. You will not be able to remove this point of contact without first terminating your access to these services.
